Hire and train your first sales reps… document everything
Reinvest earnings into your lowest cost-per-sale channel
Implement a solid CRM and sales pipeline system

25+ Sales Per Month (Scale Stage)
WARNING: This is where most solar companies implode from growing too fast
Ensure all foundations are rock-solid before scaling
